,Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Schedule of fees:
•    Full payment of injectable services shall be charged in full prior to services rendered and after a consultation is completed. All package, promotional and bundle pricing is due prior to first scheduled booking (with the exception of Semaglutide Weight Loss Injection program*). Semaglutide weight loss injection program requires a $250 deposit that is non-refundable and required to pre- order medication. Please refer to schedule of fees required for Semaglutide program. Credit Card (except American Express) is required to book all appointments and will be charged $100-$150 deposit in order to confirm and secure your appointment. Other forms of payment may be accepted such as Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, and point of sale company used by our Aesthetic Record Booking Software, but is at sole discretion of provider. Purchases made directly on Nouveau Image Website offer Google pay for promotional purhcases and Weight Loss Accelerator only. Additonal fees may apply to point of sale services mentioned above and are specified per transaction. SORRY NO EXCEPTIONS.

•    Deposit of $100-$150 (based off location) is required to confirm and secure appointment for ALL mobile appointments and is NOT refundable. All other appointments require a $100-$150 deposit due at time of booking and may only be used towards purchases and will be refunded if cancellation time is within policy (24 hours prior to appointment time) 
•    A cancellation that results less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will forfeit full deposit. Sorry no exceptions.
•    Follow up appointments with new clients whom received injectable Neurotoxin &/or Dermal Fillers will be FREE, or at clinicians discretion. Proceeding follow up appointments for existing clients will be charged $50 at time of booking with no refund. If follow up appointment is cancelled, you will receive a credit on your account only. NO refunds on deposits.

•    NO SHOW’S will be charged 100% of service amount or equal to 1 treatment session of packages.
•    Memberships purchased will be automatically deducted on 1st or 15th of month, depending on purchase date and are NON-REFUNDABLE once deducted. Credited sessions must be used or gifted within ONE month or will be forfeited.
*I understand all service(s), package(s) and membership(s) purchased are 100% NON-refundable. If I decide to cancel any service, I will forfeit all monies paid; including any deposits and/or payments I have already paid. I certify that the preceding medical, personal, history statements are true and correct. I am aware that it is my responsibility to inform the technician of my current medical or health conditions and to update this history. A current medical history is essential for the caregiver to execute appropriate treatment procedures*

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

 

 

Gifts

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
