Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is very important to Nouveau Image Aesthetics. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will send out a reminder of your scheduled appointment the day before. Our goal is to serve you in a timely and efficient manner. Just a reminder that ALL appointments canceled the day of the appointment, will forfeit 100% of the deposit. Late appointment arrivals 15 minutes or more will get rescheduled at the provider’s discretion. If you will be more than 30 minutes late, we ask that you reschedule, as we prefer you get a full session for optimal results. Please call to confirm any early arrival to your scheduled appointment, as we may be another client and unable to respond immediately. Thank you!
