Cancellations Policy
Your appointments and aesthetic needs are very important to Nouveau Image Aesthetics. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will send out a reminder of your scheduled appointment the day before. Our goal is to serve all our clients in a timely and efficient manner. Just a reminder that ALL appointments canceled the day of the appointment, will forfeit 100% of the deposit. Late appointment arrivals of more than 15 minutes will get the remainder of the appointment time only if service allows or rescheduled at the provider’s discretion. If you will be more than 30 minutes late, we ask that you reschedule, as we prefer you get a full session for optimal results.
